Considering these to swap a 383 into my 69 valiant. Are they better or worse than the originals ? I am open for suggestions on why I should or shouldn’t use these. Motor will probably be 400 horsepower. I’m not buying tti headers. Thanks

Thank you PRH . Seems like so many people on here have reported that they work.I think there may be some fitment issues with the drivers side B body manifold in an A body.

Ya thes factory A body ones are choked off pretty good. The right cam choose may help, that is if a guy can find it. KimNot mine Kim. I just googled “Mopar A body big block left side exhaust manifold” and that was one of the pics.
A few years ago I dynoed a motor with what was supposedly a set of the correct ones on it........ but didn’t really remember what it looked like.
More searching turned this up....... I don’t remember the one on the dyno looking like that down around the exit........ but it may have.

Probably because I have answered this question 500 times in the last 20 years. Yes, there are fitment issues, but we're building big block A-bodies with non-stock parts. Also every car is different. You won't like the clearance issues on my Barracuda, but it all works.
