Anyone know what Blue and White wires go to?

After installing a new horn relay, I noticed these two plugs that go nowhere. The wiring diagrams I've seen online don't make any reference to any blue & white wires. These are located behind the driver side kick panel. The car is a 1973 Plymouth Duster, Slant Six, Auto.

I looked through the online wiring diagrams and see no bl/wh wires.

Where do those wires originate from if you follow them back?

My guess; EGR valve system and seat belt buzzer system

Trunk light works just fine, and I don't think my car came with a rear defogger.
