Anyone recognize these fender marker lights

bought them because guy said they were for a '70 dart, they were not.. any ideas, the only marking is on the rubber and it is marked HQ ..

73 and up all models

Correct 69 to 72 will look similar but be slightly smaller and have a stud on the bottom. There won't be a screw from the top like these ones
