Anyone running this converter?

Boss Hogg converters don't have a very good reputation last I checked. PTC would be worth a call for what you are doing.

Rather than getting a generic converter that may not be best for your combo, why not look into a custom converter? They cost almost the same and it will be tuned to what you want to accomplish. https://www.ultimateconverter.com/ These people did mine and its great. Idles away from a stop and flashes to 3500 under full acceleration just as advertised.

Got one of them boss Hog convertor guy had to open it up sad the turbine spline was a bad fit also said it would be a loose converter had good luck with B&M holeshot just expensive

I second Ultimate Converter. Talk to him over the phone. I had the converter in about 3 weeks if I remember correctly. It didn’t take long for a custom build.

They are a great company to work with. Very knowledgeable with an impressive clientele.

You might call Sean at Dynamic Converters 877 846 5876. They did my 9 in 3000 stall and my rebuilt 64 904

Yeah. Tons of people are running one just like it as for stall speed. That's a stock Chrysler stall speed. Nothing special about it. In fact, the 340 and 440 HP converters would probably stall a little more. The Chevy guys sure do love that company, though. They like those Boss Hog stickers.

personally id call dynamic, ultimate or ptc and see what they could build for you. may cost a little more but you'll be happier in the long run. i run a dynamic 9 1/2" converter behind a real mild 360,904 and 3.23 rear end. an efficient converter runs awesome.

For street performance get a 3000 up stall no less . Unless you are running a bone stock engine with out a performance cam. Choose a converter that matches your peak rpm engine torque.
