Anyone up for a track rental in OCT?

I live in VA where there are several nice tracks that can be rented out for about $100 per car. I'd like to get a consensus on a general location so I can start the leg work on getting us the track. I'm we could make a cool day out of the event. What are your thoughts?

I didn't say we had to do it in VA.. if the majority are from the NE then we can do ATCO or something like that.
