Are EQ heads back in production?

From what I understand, they are still available, but they are made by a Chinese company & not nearly as good as the ones built by the Aussies. (flow way less, etc.) I also understood that the GOOD Australian heads do not have the machining on the ends like the lesser Chinese ones have, I believe.

The Original EQ heads do not have freeze plugs in the ends like the production Magnums do.
