I have ARP bolts for my 360 main caps. I lost the instructions. I called ARP they said with oil 130 foot pounds. Sounds high? They also said the same for head bolts. 50 foot pounds on the rods with ARP lube. Do these sound right? Thank you, Bill

sounds high... my slant head bolts were 85 for the head

hi, torque them to factory specs. I use the moly lube on both. the ARP rod bolts are 50# with moly lube. factory specs are 85 # mains & 95 #heads.
I torque heads to 85 #, doesn't distort block. never had a gasket problem either. just food forthought.
