Saw this listed for sale in Greensboro. N.C. at GAA classic car auction starting Thursday. Any thoughts on what it will go for

Depends on the quality of the resto and the number of idio... uh... Buyers in the room.

Hopefully enough to reward whomever restored &/or maintained it for their investment of time & money, but not so much that anybody that doesn't make at least 6 figures
can't afford one from now on.........................

That is my former 64 cuda that i personally did the work on. Looks identical to condition i sold her in except for addition of racing stripes.
Good luck to potential bidders.

Thanks. That is what I was looking for.

This is why I ask the experts. I'm not interested in bidding, just curious. The last one I saw there had a 340 transplanted with a 4 speed but had the chrome painted black. The car looked really good for a non stock vehicle, but was auctioned off for 10,000

In my experience many of the people in our area of NC tend not to appreciate cars like this much. They're more interested in 57 Chevys Camaros and Chevelle's then old Mopars. It'll be interesting to see what this car goes for.

Tadams were you planning on going to the auction? If you're free Friday I'd be up for going,

$20,000 is my guess. Auctions are funny things. That car at Barrett Jackson might bring $12,000 on Thursday but $20+ on Saturday. The same car at a Meecum auction might only bring $10,000.

64 Barracuda went for $15,750. That fish looks amazing

The car Looks fabulous. Oldschoolcuda did an amazing job. I can only hope mine will turn out as well. Not sure who purchased the car but congratulations to the new owner.

Thats awesome for any thursday car not just an early a-body. Happy for new owner and hope she found a forever home.
Thanks for the kudos and thanks for posting tadams.
Defnately will check out GAA in the future as its not to far for me
to travel.

3 auctions a year. 550 cars each time. You can log in to GAA auto auction and watch online and see almost everything. It was exciting. There are a couple of Cudas coming today and tomorrow. There were some beautiful cars there.
