B-body spindles how different?

Hey guys how different are b-body spindles from our spindles?

when i did my brake swap i was walking through the local junkyard and saw a 81is dodge diplomat sitting there with the front wheels off and got to looking at it and teh spindals upper and lower control arms all looked the same as my duster.. so i riped it all off and figured i wouild give it a shot hell it only cost me 50 bucks for spindals calipers rotors and misc hardware..they bolted right up mad it sit a slight higher..so i adjusted ride height... took it for a spin drove great stoped great steered fine so i wripped them all back off and painted up teh spindals put it all back together and got it aligned been great ever since..and my understanding is a diplomat is an "M" body.. but hey it works
