Back of door panel repair.

Have any of you repaired the back of your door panels... I have several broken put areas where the clips go.
Any advice would be much appreciated..!

Easiest is to just cut new panels out of 1/8" masonite (hardboard) using your old panels as templates. Then use contact cement to attach the vinyl and padding to the new panels.
Alternatively, use heavy/industrial Velcro to secure the old panels to the door instead of the clips.
