Having recently installed new TTI headers, I found the 90 degree oil adaptor to be a real challenge getting the headers on/off and seems like less room for the oil filter. After conferring with TTI, they tell me I don't need the adaptor with their headers. So, to make things a little easier for maintenance, I want to convert back to the stock oil filter configuration. Is there a kit or part number that will give me what I need to convert back?
Thanks,
Bill

I believe Mancini has what you need.Maybe someone has a extra one on here.Gaskets are still available from Fel-Pro

A parts wanted ad is the best thing here.

I'm about tempted to try one on my 273. With the right angle adapter it's a turd to get the filter in and out.

Just a FYI. I have and still do use a oil filter for the Turbo PT Cruiser. The turbo filter is longer than the standard PT Wix.
It is a smaller can and spins on with the same thread. Wix #51516 or K&N HP-1002 to name a few.
Most of us change our oil way sooner than the average daily driver.Been using them on all my Mopars. No fear of it being too small to do the job.

Is that with headers?

Yes. I am looking to see if I have a photo.Having trouble getting them to load.

Sorry, filter can't be seen. Just a small amount of the WIX.

They build nice exhaust systems. The only negative for me with the A body fit is they actually touch my mini starter. I wrapped both the primary tube and the starter......see how long that lasts

Sorry to hear, I never had a problem.Sometimes the jig wasn't set right or it moved during bending.
How old ? I had a Hemi driver side header that was touching the transmission pan rail.
I called and they sent me a new one.It fit fine. It happens.

Brand new.....just put them on. Is that a mini-starter you are using? What brand?

Sorry had to step out to take my granddaughter to dance class.
Just a 2000 360 Dodge Dakota R/T replacement from Auto Zone.
Even though this photo is deceiving a Auto Zone STP S3600 is on this 318 with Summit cheappie headers.
Plenty of clearance. The standard PT filter is a STP S3614 Wix #51348 and is about 1 1/2'' shorter.

Nice......so that is a Magnum motor?

Nope, a 1970 318.
The filter part numbers I've been posting are reference if you want to look at the size at the parts store
