I ordered new wiring harnesses for my 1965 Dart restoration. There is no backup (reverse) wiring included to attach to the 4 speed for backup lights. Has anyone run into this?

Whose wiring harness did you get?
Did you specify that it was for a four speed?
Cars with automatics had the reverse switch mounted on the steering column (or on the linkage in the case of a floor-shifted automatic, which will use a small extension harness to connect), so that is most likely where you will find the connector for it. You will need to fab an extension harness to go to the switch on the four speed; or contact your harness manufacturer and see if they offer something.

Got the harnesses from Classic Industries and I just think it is a harness without the backup light wiring. It is the only harness for the 65 they offer. The back harness does seem to be setup for backup lights. The backup wiring is separate from the main harness, so I think I can cobb up some wiring. Classic also don’t offer the separate harness for the back lights in the trunk lid, any separate backup harness, or the fusible link wire. Will probably use old ones. I’m learning fast.

The backup wiring is two orange wires from the switch to the bulkhead connector on the engine harness. Then it is a blue (or purple) wire and white wire on the under dash harness; however, those two wires are separate from the main harness. The blue/purple wire matches up with a purple wire on the rear harness connector. The white wire connects to the wiper switch on the dash. Is that just for ground?
