ball joints

OK, the bushings in the upper control arm are done. Now is there a trick to removing the ball joints. It looks like they screw in but I'm not sure.

They do screw in. Using the correct tool and generous helping of penetrating oil are a couple of good ideas.

If you don't have the proper socket, you can usally turn them out with a pipe wrench.

I got mine out with some heat and a good pipe wrench. Still..wasnt easy. Good luck
