Hi all, here's a 73 Dart Sport that came with a 318 and a manual trans... it has what looks like a big rear end under it. Back seat folds. Plenty of patina! No engine or trans. Can somebody tell me more from the tag or photos? What's that rear?

I do appreciate it! Long time lurker, I love this place.

This is what I came up with.... Those seats did not come with the car.

LL29: Dodge Dart, Demon, Low, 2 Door Sports Hardtop
M21: Roof drip rail moldings
V8X: Rear deck panel stripe, Black
V6X: Body side performance stripe, Black
J54: Hood scoops (includes hood performance treatment)
V21: Performance Hood Treatment
R11: Radio Solid State AM (2 Watts)
JY3: Light Gold Exterior Color
V1Y: Full Vinyl Top, Gold
U: USA Specifications
B43: Build Date: November 43
C73: Fold-Down Rear-Seat package
000: Full Door Panels
G37: Dual racing Mirrors (chrome) manual right.
F4L3: Trim - Luxury, Vinyl Split Bench Seat, Parchment

A68: Custom package
A88: Interior Decor Group

E44: 318-cu.-in. V8
D13: 3 Speed Manual Transmission-Floor Shift

G3? on the bottom... This would be 318 (horsepower rating) and build plant.

the g is 318 the 3 is for 1973. so ll29 g 3 and the ect....pretty neat car for it's day.

I agree. It had the "GO FAST" look with the stripes and hood. 318 with a 3 speed.

Light Gold with a gold full vinyl top, black side stripe and tail stripe, parchment interior........

Would have been a great looking car when new.
