This is great.
I had to go grab a X head and asked a friend to roll with me.
So we make it there, Big Ben ran to the store and would be right back.
So we walk around drooling as usual, my God there was winged warriors in unrestored condition and in different states of showing their age. There where three of them that hung around for a while.
70-71 cudas in tall grass that had grown around the cars, that's where he cars that needs allot of work.
I clearly remember a 71 Challenger with the badging off the sides of the hood showing fresh paint .no emblems but it showed it was a hemi car .
God I loved going there .
So where was I?
Ah yes waiting for Ben to get home from the store.
He pulls in off the road into the dirt front yard in a 67 formula-s 273 convertible that was drop dead gorgeous.
That antic white that made a car look so clean. Both Russ ( the guy who went with me) and I couldn't believe it .
And it was had able for a decent price to.
This is when things went all sorts of bad/funny .
Russ was imediatly asking how much money do you want for the barracuda..
Ben says what you what's it worth to you..
MAN, I knew right then what was coming..
******* Russell had to insult him with a low ball figure,, (that's just how he was)
Then been looks around and yells ..
Who brought the Chevy lover to my ******* house?
Lol I'm like, yeah that'd be me Ben .
Thank God Russell threw in some more of his wonderful words of wisdom, cuase Ben was pissed off something feirce .
Oh, lol Ben wheighs a little more than most people.
I swear to God I could hear that cuda say awwee!!
As he left the vehicle.
I got my X head and imediatly left..
Ben calmed down in a week or so.
The end.
Good times man
Peace

I remember ol' ''Bent Towbar'' (That's what we called him.)
A buddy of mine bought a red tubbed 2 door hard top Belvedere roller off of him back in the early '90s.
Quite the character for sure with a lot of nice stuff there.
Do you remember this car?
My buddy raced it in Spokane with a mild 440 a few times before he sold it.............
