Hello, I have a 1968 3 speed manual trans bell housing cast#2536940.
From Roseville Moparts it is described as:
10-1/2" clutch 3-spd 1966-1968 B-body C-body 273 318
Casting Numbers: Mopar Transmission Bellhousing Casting Numbers 1960-1981
My question is, could this bellhousing be used for a 4 speed application, mount onto a 4 speed trans of the same era or even a range of years 1966-1974?? A, B, C or E Body??
Removed from a 1968 B Body 3 on the tree small block 273.
