best 12 volt source?

i am going to be installing a MSD 6AL box and distributor sometime shortly. can you guys tell me the best constant 12 volt source to use? and is there anything else i need to know about/how to install. im putting it in a 74 duster with electronic ignition. thanks, charlie

Ran mine right to the battery with the inline fuse they gave you. Its been in there for a few years now...no problems.

X2 That's where I ran mine and I mounted the box to the inner fender.....short wiring run.
