gotta take some perches off of a 9.25 so new ones can be relocated and welded on. We don't have a plasma cutter, what's the best way to do this without butchering the hell out of the tubes?

I always used a hand held bandsaw and the a side grinder to clean the cuts up. If you want to get super neat. Wrap the tube in tape, grind very slow the clean up with a large file.

I have a plasma cutter and it makes it pretty hard to clean up afterward. I like the sawzall myself. I can cut it real close and then use a 5 inch grinder to clean it up. Takes me a half hour all said and done.
