You can rent a complete set from Advance or Autozone for free if you check with them. Including the one you need.
 
I recall seeing a couple of threads on alternatives (read: cheaper) to the specialty ball joint socket. I think it was about $10 as I recall. I would suggest doing a search in the tools forum.
 
You can get the LBJ socket from JC Whitney, For $29.95 With free shipping. PN PCP12410001. I just bought one. They are the Proforged ones, 1/2 in drive.

Well thats what my invoice says. Try 124-10001. You should be able to bring it up on JC Whitneys site.
Look under tools.
