Very interesting, looks like a "Martin" style turbo system using Reed valves as boost is below the carburetor.

FABO member, Bakerlite has a thread ,"318 draw thru system " in the Forced Induction section, he used a Martin style turbo system too. There is some awesome tech info in that tbread on operating principles.
 
Pooling with a turbo? After "you the fuel" has gone through that mixmaster? Doubt that very much.

However, I don't have any idea what body this might fit. Seems to be pretty "wide" I don't see it in a B, and certainly in an A, at least not without some serious engine bay mods
 
No doubt about fuel atomiziaton but I'd still bet some fuel will separate and collect on the piping.
W/M injection can be sprayed in before the turbo but most people put it after the turbo.
Del, you want those adaptor plates?
