big tire size for barracuda

Ok, I want to put 275-60-15 tires on the rear of my 67 Barracuda. I have an 8 3/4 rear. Is this possible without rolling the wheel lips?? I realize off set is critical. Would it have to be 0 offset?? Also how big a tire can I put on the front?? 245-60-15 ??

245-60-15 will fit fine on the front if you cut about 2" off all the way around the wheel opening.

As far as the rear goes. With enough pressure in your air shocks, anything will fit.

Heres my 69 with 275-60-15s on 15X8.5" and a 4-7/8" backspacing. Stock wheel wells,002/003 super stock springs moved in. Offset hanger will work. You should be ok with the 3-7/8" back spacing you said you have,
