Body Filler Too Soft

I did not get enough hardener in the 2-part spot putty. I could tell while applying it, but thought some extra cure time would solve the problem. It's been almost 2 days since it was applied. It is solid and semi hard, but not hard enough to sand...........it clogs the paper. What's the best solution?
1) If I wait a few days will it cure to proper hardness?
2) Scrape it off and start over? (It's in several places about 6" X 6" each. Will take a lot of work to get it off)
3) What if I heat the areas with a hair dryer?

Would appreciate recommendations............tx.............james

take it off.make sure you get it all

remove it....you dont want paint on top of that!!

Be advised that cheap fille will clog paper anyway, and cheap paper is easily clogged...

Got It Off! Wound up using mud file and 4" angle grinder with 36 grit sanding disk. Learned a hard lesson there..........will not forget it soon......tks for all the replies.............james
