boiling fuel

how can i tell if this is happening?

in the carb im assuming?watch for percolation.generally speaking when you shut the car off remove the air cleaner and look for fuel dripping out of the venturi cluster.some times it takes a little while,but if the carb is heat soked the expanding fuel will force its way out the venturi.
