Any help on ID for this. Stamped in yellow on Side reman. 2223621 on bottom. 158 on flange near red cap. Thanks FABO

I don't see a 2223621 but do see a 2225621 which is a 67 B-Body all and 68-69 B-Body 426 Hemi. There is also an application for the same casting number for 70 C-Body too...
 
I know the prior owner had a Hemi car and a GTX 440 convertible that his kids got rid of soon after he passed. I’m cleaning up the barn one truckload at a time. Wouldn’t even know what to ask..
 
The Ramman lists them rebuilt for $595, I sold one needing rebuilt but in excellent shape last year for $200...
 
This one is stamped REMAN and still has the plugs in it. There are several more o haven’t gotten to yet. Thank you so much for your help.
