Did you find one? I have a complete unit from brake line to eye on rod. Everything shown in your diagram and I would rather not separate it.

I haven't made any attempt to clean it up yet and I'll have to look at the boot to see if it's still usable(original I bet) Pulled from a 65 Barracuda

Im doing a dual master, so I only need those parts, Im sure the brakes will work without them
