Bought a welder today

I have wanted something better than my small 110v mig welder. Well I went to look at a used 220v lincoln today. The unit looks barely used and was purchased by the guys father in the mid eighties. Does spot and stitch with all kinds of adjustments. The gun is in good shape and a nice size. Not huge like on some of the larger welders. Picking it up on Friday. Pics to come.

Got to wire up a 50a 220v plug in the garage now.

it is amazing the difference between how the little 110 vs the 220 REAL welders do their thing. I have had a 110 Lincoln that welded pretty fair and have a 110 Hobart now bought bout 2002 that has never welded worth crap! I would sell it to someone and buy something else but my conscience won't let me!!!!!! and can't afford to toss it!! LOL
