Bought this last week from a friend. It's been in his garage for the
last 20 years.
It has a 4.80" diameter front carrier...the tail shaft is about
16-1/2" long....the stamped pad is as follows pp833 9G266504
Below that is cast H4 C99129
On the pass. side of tail shaft is cast 1 G-99127
Here's a pic of the tranny and shifter. I bought them both
for $250.00 with a guarantee that the tranny was good.
He still has to dig out the shifting rods and ball.
I crawled under and took some measurments and it looks like this would bolt
into my '67 Barracuda with no problems.
Does it look like an A body tranny to you guys?
If I ever get tired of the automatic, this is probably going in!
