We're the battling boys of Bengazi
No fame, no glory, no paparazzi.
Just a fiery death in a blazing hell
Defending our country we loved so well.

It wasn't our job, but we answered the call,
fought to the Consulate and scaled the wall.
We pulled twenty Countrymen from the jaws of fate
Led them to safety, and stood at the gate.

Just the two of us, and foes by the score,
But we stood fast to bar the door.
Three calls for reinforcement, but all were denied,
So we fought, and we fought, and we fought til we died.

We gave our all for our Uncle Sam,
But Barack Obama didn't give a damn.
Just two dead seals who carried the load

I wonder when enough people are gonna have enough of this administration. And to think we have 3 more years if this A$$ hole
 
I now have yet another reason to like all four of the people who posted in this thread. :-D It won't be here in the General Discussion for long I'm afraid, but I'll enjoy it for all it's worth while it is. Good on all of you! Five Stars!!!
 
I have never served, but I have never met ether of my grandfathers that paid the price for our freedom X2 from the man on the hill, 5 star

IMO, it's more than "someone", I'd bet there's a whole group that should be tried on treason charges.

FYI...from what I've found on multiple websites, "The Battling Boys Of Benghazi" poem was written by a Marine Corps officer who wishes to remain anonymous. THANK YOU, swifter, for posting it.
