I need a length of 1/4" braided hose sheathing (Nyla-Braid... Russel...), preferably in natural braided steel or chrome. I need to hide my tach wires from the tach to inside the dash and want to cover them. I'll take black as an alternate.

Anyone have about 12" (no jokes....) they'd like to give me? :iconbigg:

this is NOT that kind of forum, john.........did you ask john holmes????

hey brother, you can also use -3 that has hose on the inside so it doesn't twist like that sleeving does.

That's what I like about this forum.... people's good natured jabs. And boy-oh-boy did I step in it !

The -3 would work, but I'd like the sheathing since it's easier to route and cut for a short length.

And stop snickering Adam !

Fastback,
I have some black fiberglass type covering that is used to cover wires in very large power transformers so it does with stand heat. It will also stretch enough to fit over battery cables also. I did my entire engine bay with it and used shrink tube to finish off the ends. I only have a little leftover but you are welcome to it if you want it. PM me with the address if you need it.
