That's not the spindle. It's the caliper bracket.

Those go in the trash can. I have put them on before and they dry rot and fall off in a couple months. Not needed anyways.

Only thing I used out of those caliper kits is the 8 stamped metal retainers. I reuse the OEM SEMs bolts, and toss the rubber bands. I am leery about the quality of the bolts they give you with the kits. At least I know the OEM SEMs bolts are grade 5.
