What size is this stainless brake line that goes into the back of the rear brake drums ?

The brake line is 3/16”

Should be 3/16 but the factory line is not stainless.
Do not go stainless. They are much harder to get sealed.
Don't forget the line from the body to the rear axle and the 2 front rubber lines. They don't last forever either and they go bad from the insides just like coolant hoses.
Just change your fluid every 2-3 years depending on what your annual mileage is.
