There are a number of vendors mentioned in the threads.
Depending on your timeline you may want to factor who has what onhand. I'm on week 6 of waiting on a disc kit.

These days your at the mercy of the parts store vendors that have what your looking for.
KH parts go out of stock, more often than babies go thru diapers.
There just aren't rebuilt parts left anymore in the parts system, for sale.
Get your existing booster rebuilt with Booster Dewey.

Your own research will turn up something.

I use rock auto for most of my brake parts. They did have the parts to rebuild the KH calipers, including the pistons which are usually needed.
For the brake booster I would go through a specialist who rebuilds them.
