Part of it is
"Kelsey Hayes" = the manufacture of the brake system.
Im sure a fellow FABO member can decode the rest.

There were two different vendors for that proportioning valve. If you order a kit you need to specify KH because they are different inside. Other numbers are probably just a date code.
