Break Pedal Solid!

OK...so...Dart has been off the road for about two months while the motor was rebuilt and installed. Engine is running well but it seems my break pedal is stuck solid all the way up (not on the floor) The pedal is normally slightly spongey and was on my list of things to go through but they did work.

Any input most welcome!

ur master cyl could have froze or the wheel cylinders... more likely master. is there fluid in it? cuz it will rust up fast
