broadcast sheet found

In my 71 Scamp I found a broadcast sheet from a different car. It in poor condition and was under the non original front bench. It is a series 1972 and 1973. I have a partial vin but it may help:

My car had been a California car all its days until I imported it to the UK. If this is your broadcast sheet I am happy to post it to you, perhaps you have mine?
