one day I was walking out the local autozone when a guy drove up in a monte carlo
it was a nice looking car and sounded real good so when he parked next to me (09 charger)I commented on how nice his car sounded and asked what motor he had in there
he said it was running a 383 stroker
I couldn't help myself and I said "383 stroker? you know ma mopar makes those for their grocery getters right?"

he didn't think that was very funny

Could be postal time, they use a hundred unit hour instead of 60 minutes. Or it could just be a broken clock.
