broken exhaust bolts

What are my options on the removal of broken bolts on my slant six exhaust manifold connecting to exhaust pipe? Bolts broke while attempting to remove items from 37 year old parts that have never been serviced.

If, they did`nt break too far in A slick welder can weld a piece of stock or a nut and heat the outer area to remove. Or carefully drill out and salvage threads, or drill and helicoil. good luck, Of course all these is done with manifold off engine. A top of the line penetrate aids also.

Also, where can I find replacement fasteners for the intake/exhaust manifolds. (studs,bolts, diamond shaped washers, etc.)
