I had been searching for a digital torque wrench for a while, and I landed on this one. It's a Brown Line Metalworks 1/2" drive reversible wrench. Fairly new company with a product that seemed competitively priced so I took a chance on it.

I just checked it against my manual "click" style and it's right in line with it.

But, here's where things just impressed me. The original wrench I bought was shipped out and when I received it it didn't function as it should. So I contacted the company, and in very short order got a response back apologizing for the wrench not working, and the offer of a brand new one shipped to me at no charge, with a return label to ship the malfunctioning wrench back. So not only did they correct the problem they shipped the tool and returned on their dime.

Needless to say I was and am impressed by their 5 STAR service. There aren't a lot of companies that would handle this as expeditiously as they did AND cover the shipping both ways.

So if anyone is considering one, I can honestly say I would not shy away from them.
