Bucket seat tracks??

Picked up some bucket seat tracks however one of the tracks has a broken off bolt; the one that goes thru the floor. Question is how do I get that bolt out? Already tried heating and hammer but no go.
Are they pressed in? Seems like there is some type
of retainer holding it in. Any suggestions?

It has a square shoulder swedged in there. It'll come out. You aint hit it hard enough. Put the bolt head in a socket. Use a drift and a big hammer.
