Bucket Seat Tracks

I bought a pair of 73 model bucket seats for my 72 Scamp. Classic Industries shows 70-72 bucket seat tracks I can buy new but they say they would require modification to fit the 73 seat. Does anyone know about how hard it would be to modify my 73 seats to fit the 72 seat tracks? I think it would be easier to modify the tracks to fit the seat, rather then modify the existing tracks on the seat. They are rather rusty and one side is way off from the floor, seems like the 73 floors would had an extra hump close to the transmission tunnel where the inner seat track mounts. As far as I know, your 73 seats should bolt up fine to 72 seat tracks....

Someone will correct me if that info is wrong?

Thank you 6pk2goDemon, that is what I thought too. I just want to make sure that is right. Spending $185 per side plus shipping and have it be worse to make the 72 tracks work is not something I particularly want to do.
