Bumper bracket bolts

Looking for the size and grade of the bolts that attach the two part "Y" shaped bracket to the frame on a 69 Barracuda.

They are 1/2 13 bolts but they are special and have a tooth washer. I have a bunch of them in stock here in Danielsville Pa. if needed.
