Bumper inserts question

Anyone have a picture or know how these are supposed to fit. I’m pretty sure there are only 2 for rear bumper. Not covered in shop manual. Are there any for front bumper? It’s a 69 Dart

I believe they mount under the back ledge of the rear quarters. Below the tail lights above the bumper. That's where there mounted on my 65 Cuda. 65'
