You don't have enough compression to run that high of octane of fuel, even with the NOS. C-12 would be better, and you may be able to get away with 100 octane.
How much lift are you running?

635 lift on in and ex may end up with 200 shot , i aso have a 102 octaine un leaded fuel witch i use as a boaster with our pump fuel. thanks ian

c-16 specific gravity is way to much to run without lots of compression, I have 13 1/2-1 and my car went slower with 16 even with 2 jets richer !
I run c-14 on the track when shifting at 7800 but on the streets I run c-12 with no problem
c-23 is Great for Nos cars !!
now if you meant Q-16 not c-16 then go for it, the extra o2 in this blend is good for all race motors !
