Have access to a 69 New Yorker about to be crushed. Not much left on it but it does have front disk brakes. Was wondereing if these are being used on conversions for any body type and if it was worth picking them up? Thanks.
You can really just grab the caliper mounting bracket for those bigger brakes if it's the slider version your good if its the pin type you want to grab the calipers too as a core.
The '65-72 C-body drum brake owners would probably like that conversion but nobody else would. Even those guys would rather have the late '72-73 system that has the one piece rotors as their parts are still easily available.
