Caliper Adaptors

Does the 73 up A body disk brake spindle work with any caliper adaptor? In other words if I found an 11" rotors and slider caliper equipped dart could I use the spindles with 11.75" rotors and the pin type calipers by using the appropriate adaptors and if so what model car would be a good donor?

Yes, the disc spindle can be used with any disc caliper bracket.
