cam specs needed

ive built a 360, and need a cam,, its bored .030, headers, factory thermoquad, j heads with 202s.< and will have 9.4 comp..... i need a cam for it that will give me all i can get and still be streetable for the wife to get groceries.. a laboring idle would be very good.. i need some specs for a cam from your warehouses of knowledge... thanks....

this is hard to answer without more info like your gear ratio,and stall(if any).what rpm range do you want?

something in the 220 to 230 @.050 range would be ideal with the lower CR you have lift will be around 450 to 500 so you can keep the very good stock rockers.
