Campbell River BC Car Show - LOTS of pictures

Yesterday I took the Valiant to a rather large car show in Campbell River BC, and took a lot of pictures. I didn't take pictures of everything, but there is a bit of everything in here. Enjoy.

This is an old Airbase Dodge truck body on a new Dodge Cummins diesel frame, suspension, etc.

Took the Valiant to the show. I put electronic ignition in it a week ago, and this was the first long drive. Runs much smoother now, and for some reason the choke works a lot better in the mornings now.

This was a Gremlin X with a 401.

This was for sale for.. gulp.. $15,000.

390 SST Javelin.

It was neat to see a flat hooded Cuda.

Don was volunteering at the show, but brought his kit car Aspen as well as his 70 Duster.

Real nice 273 4bbl, 4 speed Barracuda, but the guy wouldn't put down the dust cloth the entire show.

392 Hemi.

VERY clean car/restoration. The guy claims he did 90% of the work himself.

And again.

This guy had one of those Bill Goldberg 1 of 20 Hemi's, the 526.

This was registered as an Armoured Vehicle. It was a '52, and has been a one family owner since '53. They have used it as a motorhome and travelled across the country in it.

Very nice frame off restoration on this 65. Should have parked my 65 PowerWagon next to it.

Nice Dart, but.. cmon.. $27,000 for a 318 and 7 1/4??

Mark took his Charger. Unrestored survivor, 69 Charger, 383 auto. He's a member on here, as Moopa. It's for sale ;)

This Ford was a definite project, with rust all through the wheel lips and rear quarters, and faded paint, and they were asking $12,000.

This GMC won Best Hard Luck story. He came from Oregon and hit a deer on the way. The front end was somewhat smashed in.

This Dodge was all original, unrestored.

Chris you definitely have to drag the Cuda out for the show next year. If you can make the drive to Ontario, you can definitely make this one ;)
