Can somebody tell me the name of this part and where I can get them new?

I need three new pieces but I'll be darned if I can't think of what they are called. #-o
They go on the steering column. It's hard to search for them if I don't know what they are called.

I couldn't find any new. I did find a used set in really good shape on one of the Mopar boards.
