I have a 72 Dart all drum & wondering Can you get air in the lines after putting new brake shoes on all the way around?... I think I should have higher peddle then what I got!
Can you get air in lines changing shoes?

No way for air to get into the system just by changing brake shoes. If the pedal is low then the shoes might need adjusted out some.

I just went through this on my Wife's 73 Mercury Comet. I did a complete brake job and after putting it all together had a spongy/low peddle. I adjusted the rears up again, and voila, nice peddle.

If you popped a wheel cylinder then that would let air into the line

readjusted wheel bearing,readjusted front brakes, & blade all 4, now it brakes ok!

good deal, did you bleed them in the correct order? RR, LR, RF then LF last?
