Can you ID this clip?

Hello fellow Mopar brothers and sisters!
I am getting my 75 Scamp back together and I've come across this clip that for the life if me, I cannot remember where it goes.
I've looked through pics on my phone that I took prior to A LOT of work, but some of the chassis shots are too dark.
I checked my 75 FSM and Illustrated Parts Book, and only have been able to rule out - it's not for a fuel line - I think...LOL
Can any of you folks ID this clip? I'd really appreciate the help, thanks!

looks like it holds wiring under the dash

Pushes down into the ear on the side of the transmission bell to hold a harness. I have seen that style on older transmissions. Here is a later version.

Thanks for the fast responses! When you say older - the trans is a 1968 727 out of an Imperial.
I can't tell from your pic @Oldmanmopar but this may have come from that transmission?
